Some tell me that they named their little girls Nicole just because of the song Oh Nicole. I am beside myself! “ And if that
isnâ€t enough, Kirk is also the principal R&D person for Alleva Coppolo Basses and Guitars contributing to design features, ergonomics and electrical preamp magnetic pickup research.

Gear: I am fortunate enough to play many different styles and gigs. Since moving to Texas 15 years ago or so, I have gotten back to a more rootsy playing style allowing me to
work with some of the hot shot Texas guitar slingers.. My Genz Benz gear allows me to get a HiFi tone for a pop gig if playing a top 40 club band, or swampy groovin tubey sounds as when touring with Point Blank or any number of my local gigs with Big Wampum and others. And the DI out is so good I get compliments ALL THE TIME from some notable engineers. I always say, If I can't break it, no one can. And these amps just keep on going! ~Kirk Powers
